UK Mainland Delivery
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail, with tracking available on all orders.
- FREE delivery for all orders £90 or more (2–3 working day service)
- Only £3.99 delivery charge for orders under £90
- Next day delivery is available for £5.99 (delivery within 1 working day for all orders placed before noon Monday–Friday).
- New Customer free shipping code only applies to a standard 2–5 working day shipping rate to mainland UK destinations only. The code will exclude deliveries to remote destinations such as Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.
Delivery to remote destinations such as the Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands may require a delivery surcharge to be paid - we will contact you with details once we have received your order if such charges may apply.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery to the Channel Islands costs £3.99 with Royal Mail.
- Delivery to Isle of Man is currently charged at £5.99 for Royal Mail and £25 for UPS.
Please note you will be responsible for any additional local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase (if any). By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges.

You can return your as-new item (with packaging & tags intact) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your order, please carefully package and post back to the below address, including a copy of your packing slip and if you would like a refund or exchange.

We recommend using a recorded postal service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or go missing whilst in transit. We do not provide a delivery service for returns, but will provide free delivery for all exchange items shipped back to the customer.

The Fine Print:
- Please note that we can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser value product and a partial refund.
- Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased through our website. All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your item(s) were purchased.
- We cannot refund any delivery charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error.
- Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse.
- Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days and refunds issued to your account can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
